- "Contract" denotes the agreement between us for the sale and purchase of Goods, including these Terms & Conditions.

- "Goods" are the juttis and other items you buy from us.

- "Terms" signifies these terms and conditions.

1.2 These Terms are the exclusive terms and conditions governing our sale of Goods, forming an integral part of the Contract. Any variations must be in writing and confirmed by both our duly authorised representative and you.

2. PRICE & MATERIAL

2.1 All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Our jewellery pieces are made of costume materials like brass metal, and they are not plated with gold or silver. Please note that these are costume jewellery items. When we refer to the base colour, we are describing the colour of the metal plating, such as gold or silver.

2.3 Our costume jewellery and are not hypoallergenic. Do not order if you have allergies.

3. ORDERING GOODS ONLINE

3.1 When ordering Goods online, you affirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. This information should relate to you, the person placing the order, not a third party.

3.2 Online orders are not confirmed solely by the order confirmation issued during credit/debit card payment processing. We reserve the right to verify orders and accept them only when verified by us.

3.3 Errors in the ordering process, due to technical or other uncontrollable reasons, may lead us to consider the order non-binding.

4. PRIVACY

When placing an order, you'll need to provide personal information. We do not share this information with third parties unless required for order processing and delivery. Your financial details are not stored by us.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment for Goods and delivery costs must be made in full before delivery.

5.2 Online payments are accepted via credit or debit card through Stripe. Any unauthorised or fraudulent payments/orders should be reported to us within 48 hours.

5.3 Ensure the accuracy of your delivery and email addresses. If there are issues, please contact us to avoid any delays or complications.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.

6.2 We will choose the delivery method, such as postal service or courier.

6.3 If you receive damaged Goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and retain the packaging for potential claims.

7. RETURNS

7. The Jutti’s can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you can then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
This should be returned to us within 7 working days of receiving via recorded delivery in its original packing. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you will be returning any orders back to us. Please include the invoice sent and please mention your desired exchange size.

Items bought on SALE cannot exchanged.

7.2 Earrings and nose chains cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We do not sell worn items.

7.3 Items returned without prior written notice will not be accepted.

7.4 Return items with care, appropriately packaged to prevent damage.

7.5 Custom orders, designed for you, cannot be returned or cancelled.

7.6 Items should be returned in their original packaging and unused.

7.7 Orders are processed promptly; once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

8.1 We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

8.2 We are not responsible for wear and tear, accidental damage.

8.3 Our liability for loss or damage will not exceed the total amount you paid.

9. NOTICES

9.1 All notices must be confirmed in writing, including email, and sent to sales@juttislondon.com

10. CUSTOMER DEFAULT

We reserve the right to cancel the Contract and recover unpaid Goods in cases of incorrect information, payment failure, insolvency, or breach of these Terms.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, acts of God, terrorism, or material/labour shortages.

12. DISPUTES

12.1 Unresolved disputes may be mediated if agreed upon.

12.2 Disputes will be decided by English courts, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

13. PROMOTIONAL CODES

13.1 Only one promotional code can be used at a time, and defective codes won't be replaced.

13.2 Discount values cannot be deducted if a code is defective or expired.

13.3 Discounts apply across items in an order, and refunds for discounted items will be reduced by the discount value.

14. RETURNS POLICY

Refer to our returns policy for detailed information on items that cannot be returned.

15. SIMILARITY OF PRODUCTS OR DESIGNS

15.1. We source and offer a range of products with unique designs, features, and attributes. These products are carefully developed to provide value and satisfaction to our customers.

15.3. We emphasise that the resemblance or similarity of our products to other products, in terms of design, appearance, or function, is purely coincidental or unintentional.

15.4. We shall not be held liable for any perceived similarities or resemblances between our products and those of others, including but not limited to competitors, third-party manufacturers, or designers.

15.5. We do not endorse or encourage any unauthorized copying or imitation of products, designs, or intellectual property owned by others.

15.6 We advise consumers and customers to exercise due diligence in assessing and verifying the products they intend to purchase.

15.7 Customers should research and inquire about the origin, design, and intellectual property rights associated with any product before making a purchase.

16. EXCULSION OF LIABILITY

16.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for any legal claims, disputes, or actions that may arise from the resemblance or similarity between our products and those of others.
