Our Returns and Exchange Policy

Our policy is strictly no refund or cancellation on all our products.

Please note we use standard UK sizes for all our Jutti’s. 

However if you are struggling with the Jutti's size received and would like to swap for another size you will need to send us an email or Whatsapp within 2 days of receiving the order. 

The Jutti’s can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. 

In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you can then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

This should be returned to us within 7 working days of receiving via recorded delivery in its original packing.

Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you will be returning any orders back to us. 

Please include the invoice sent and please mention your desired exchange size.

In case of a refund shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Items bought on SALE cannot exchanged.
